Thirivantrapurum, India, was the first place in Asia I ever recorded in. I made friends with a guy named Ajith who went to the local music university. He hooked me up with some of his friends and we all went to a small recording studio together to record. Some of this music eventually made its way onto the Soulflip CD I put together in Singapore 7 years later!
